To apply for funding:
- Print and fill out both of these applications or stop by Franklin PUD and a customer service representative can provide you with applications. (We can also assist in filling out applications)
- Franklin PUD ARPA utility assistance (electrical service)
- City of Pasco ARPA utility assistance (water, sewer)
Return both forms to one of the following locations:
